A. Heat, hot water, gas for cooking and water.
Q. What is the security deposit?
A. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent or $650 for a one bedroom and $785 for a two-bedroom apartment.
Q. How much is the application fee?
A. $28 per person over the age of 18.
Q. Can you send me an application?
A. All applications must be filled out in person and in the office.
Q. Can I have a co-signer?
A. No.
Q. Do you accept pets?
A. Sorry, Bristol Gardens is a no-pet community.
Q. Do you accept Section 8 housing certificates?
